A number of neighbourhood bistros have popped up around Edinburgh in recent years.
The concept is a good one: locally sourced foods in a cosy and welcoming atmosphere.
Inevitably, some work and some don't, but you would be hard pushed to find any restaurant
that fulfills this ideal better than Home Bistro. The dining room has a kitsch, living
